The Cat from the pictures is made using Himalaya Dolphin Baby yarn (more than 1.5 skeins of the main colour) and a 4.0mm size hook, and YarnArt Jeans with hook 2.2mm for details like the eyes, whiskers.  My plushie, made with these materials is about 30cm (12 inches) high. Of course you can use any yarn you like. The pattern is meant for beginners and intermediate crocheters.

PATTERN – Stephen the Sloth

The Sloth from the pictures is made using Himalaya Dolphin Baby yarn (about 2 skeins of the main colour) and a 4.0mm size hook and to make the fingers I used thinner yarn (YarnArt Jeans) with 2.2mm hook. Of course you can use any yarn with similar weight, just remember that the second yarn for fingers has to be thinner than the main yarn. PATTERN – Llama? Alpaca? Llampaca! – mini version

This pattern requires two types of yarn – for llampaca body I recommend YarnArt Jeans (160m/50g), and for the fur - Himalaya Dolphin Baby (chenille yarn, 120m/100g). Of course you can use yarns with similar specification, the key is this chenille or fluffy yarn for the fur – it shoud be thicker than the second one. My llampaca, made with these yarns is about 19-20cm (8 inches) high. You will need: • 1 colour of YarnArt Jeans for body (about 1/5 of skein) (or similar yarn) • 1 colour of Himalaya Dolphin Baby for fur (about 1/2 of skein) (or similar yarn) • hook size 2,5mm i 4mm (3mm or 3,5mm will be useful too) • safety eyes 4-6mm size, a little bit of black thin yarn or embroidery floss to make a face • stuffing, sewing needle, scissors This pattern is meant for beginners and intermediate crocheters. PATTERN – Seamless Bunny

The pattern doesn’t require any specific yarn, you will need only one kind in one colour. The fluffy yarn will give you the best effect; in this pattern I used Himalaya Dolphin Baby (chenille, 120m/100g). Another option is, for example, grass/fur yarn or plain acrylic yarn treated with a brush. It’s up to you which yarn you use, but just remember - the final effect will depend on that choice.
